Our pets are not just animals—they are members of our family. We understand how difficult it can be to part with them even for a few days. In response to numerous guest requests, AKYAN Hotel is pleased to offer accommodation with your beloved pets.

Terms and Conditions:

Accommodation with pets is available only upon prior approval from the Reservations Department or Front Office via email reservation@akyanhotel.com or phone +7 (812) 426-40-00. A valid veterinary passport is required.

Guests with pets can be accommodated only in rooms without carpeting.

Only dogs weighing ≤10 kg and ≤50 cm at the shoulder. Cats, reptiles, birds, and other animals are not permitted. Only one pet per room is permitted.

Pets must not be left unattended in the room.

In public areas of the hotel (corridors, elevators, lobby), pets must be kept in a carrier or on a leash and wearing a muzzle. Pets are not allowed to roam freely within the hotel.

Room cleaning will only be performed while the guest is present (with the dog leashed or in a carrier) or when the pet is not in the room.

Pet Stay Fee: 2000 RUB per night. This includes a pet bed, food and water bowls, and a towel for paws. Each pet will also receive a complimentary toy.

Guide dogs are accommodated free of charge.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation with a pet that demonstrates dangerous or inappropriate behavior, including excessive noise (e.g., barking in the room), signs of illness, or inappropriate behavior in public areas.
